About Me
I am a filmmaker who explores alternative ways of seeing and understanding the world, particularly from perspectives other than human to reflect on how human and non humans live and interact with each other in a hyper-normalised late-capitalist and anthropocentric society. I am deeply interested in representations of non-human animals -and humans relative to that- in ever-changing cultural and environmental space; especially in visual forms and the ways in which they can be represented to dismantle speciesism and other forms of oppression.

Drawing from my background in activism, my practice also examines how art can function in our current moment of changing political discourse and how it can bridge the gap between artistic practice and activism by not only challenging the context but also the forms and styles of visual storytelling and image making.

My latest film "Doomsday Blues (2025)" has so far received official selections and mentions from Big Syn International Sustainability Festival (UK), Anarchy Film Festival (UK), Climate Future Film Festival (USA), Nature & Culture International Film Festival (Denmark).

I completed my MA in Documentary Filmmaking in the University of the Arts London with a distinction. I also hold an other MA in Media and Communication Systems and a BA in Psychology.
